School Leadership TeamOur School Leadership Team guides a continuous improvement process and provides opportunities for all staff to provide input and feedback. The Leadership Team's responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the action planning process engages stakeholders in examining a variety of data
- Serve as a conduit of communication to the faculty and staff
- Frequently examine school performance data and aggregated classroom observation data to make decisions about school improvement and professional development needs, and
- Monitor and update the Student and School Success Action Plan as needed.
