• School Leadership Team

    Our School Leadership Team guides a continuous improvement process and provides opportunities for all staff to provide input and feedback.  The Leadership Team's responsibilities include:
    • Ensure that the action planning process engages stakeholders in examining a variety of data
    • Serve as a conduit of communication to the faculty and staff
    • Frequently examine school performance data and aggregated classroom observation data to make decisions about school improvement and professional development needs, and
    • Monitor and update the Student and School Success Action Plan as needed.
